Organic clear wildflower honey. All of our honey is cold extracted, cold filtered and unblended to protect the natural proteins and enzymes in this premium honey.
Our hives are carefully sited in organically certified `wildflower` meadows during the spring and summer months. This is to ensure that our bees are in the best positions to gather their organic harvest of pollen and nectar to produce the perfect natural honey.
Littleover Apiaries are committed to sustainable “Organic” farming while producing this premium honey and the care of our planet.
All good honey may crystallise or set during storage. If this should occur please warm gently to return to its liquid state.

I was sceptical about various websites – found this one and I am so glad I did. It is beautiful as a food source just taking spoonful makes me close my eyes and just mutter mmmmmmmm! How can people eat white sugar any other so called substitute. Nature wins again!
