Organic Clear Clover Honey, as all of our honey, is cold extracted, cold filtered and unblended to protect the natural proteins and enzymes in this premium honey.

Our hives are situated in an area of Certified Organic wilderness far from any source of pollution in New Zealand`s beautiful South Island. This area is renowned for its unspoilt natural beauty and its never ending pastures of clover. This habitat is a vital source of food for some of the world`s rarest insects and creatures.

We ensure that we farm in a sustainable and responsible manner while producing this delicate honey with its unique taste.

All good honey may crystallise or set during storage. If this should occur please warm gently to return to its liquid state.
