Our Greek honey, as all of our honey, is cold extracted, cold filtered and unblended to protect the natural proteins and enzymes in this premium honey.

This honey can only be described as Wow.

    WHAM, a lightning bolt straight from the Aegean! Think toffee, think rich dark rum loaded with sweetness. Absolutely the best on any thick yoghurt or soft mild cheese. Unbelievable taste.
