Terms & Conditions


Our charges are for express delivery by courier. The cost is £4.99 for orders less than £55.00. This covers all of the mainland UK with some exceptions, please note, there are some limitations to the service coverage for some Highland areas of Scotland and offshore islands. For the Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides, Orkneys, Shetland or any international destination please contact us for a quote. We aim to despatch orders for delivery within a couple of days of placing your order. However at busier times please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Pricing, Product Descriptions and Availability

The currency displayed is pounds sterling. All descriptions are based on our perception of taste, texture and the colour is based on the USDA colour scale. Honey being a natural product may vary in colour and taste from season to season. We do not pastuerise or heat treat any of our product and so some granulation may occur, this is in fact a sign of its quality. In the unlikely event that a product chosen is out of stock, we will contact you and offer the following options. We will substitute the product for one of equal value. Place on your order on reserve and dispatch within 10 days. Or you may cancel your order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment Options

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Or you may choose to pay by cheque, in which case goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Cancellation & Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.  However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Littleover Apiaries Ltd will not be held responsible for peoples differing tastes and products cannot be returned for this reason. All our descriptions are based on our taste and could differ from your own individual palette.

Loss and damage in transit

If your order has not been received within 10 working days please contact us and we will track your order. Should it be found to be lost we will contact you to discuss your options or reship your order. If your order is received damaged please contact us and we will organise delivery of a new shipment and collection of the damaged goods.

Data protection

Littleover Apiaries Ltd complies fully with the data protection laws in the UK and we will only use the personal information you have given us in order to process your order and in order to record the same, it will not be passed on to any third parties. Nor will it be used for unsolicited marketing or any other marketing purposes.
