Lemon & Basil Chicken
You will need:
- 4 skinned and boneless chicken breasts

- 5 tablespoons English Clear Honey
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil
- 1 clove garlic chopped finely
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Juice of half a lemon
- Grated zest of lemon
How to make:
- Place all the ingredients except the chicken into a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
- Add the chicken breasts making sure that they are completely covered in the mixture, place in a refrigerator for one hour.
- Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and bake in a preheated oven 180° C, 350 °F, gas mark 4 for 35 – 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Serve with salad or fresh green vegetables.
